TCAT Elizabethton is pleased to share that Richard Church will be the new Vice-President. Mr. Church brings an extensive education work history into the job as a K-12 teacher and administrator. This K-12 background will serve TCAT-E well as part of Mr. Church’s responsibilities will include coordinating Dual Enrollment and Middle College work. He is married to Victoria Church, and they have four children. Welcome, Vice-President Church!
