TCAT-E, Kingsport, and NC3 officials visited KTEC (https://www.kusd.edu/ktec/) to learn of ways to introduce hands-on and STEAM-related skills, in addition to traditional subjects, as a way of igniting student interest in skilled occupations. KTEC is an innovative school that incorporates technical skills to students at an early age.
